The PA store messed up my order and I can't get hold of them...

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I did a quick search but couldn't find any relevant threads.

Basically I need to know how to get in contact with the PA store apart from the contact email page, which I have already tried twice.

I made an order from the PA store on November 21st. I ordered the four comic bundle and a medium sized 'Heroism' tee. When my order arrived I had been sent a large 'I Roll Twenties' tee instead (I assume this is because the 'Heroism' shirts soon went out of stock).

Now I've emailed the store through the sites contact page twice with all the relevant information (details of the order, dates, order numbers etc) asking for a replacement or a refund and I haven't heard anything back from them. I appreciate that the Christmas period is busy for any bussiness but surely they're not so busy that it takes a month for them to reply to a paying customer.

Anybody have any ideas on what I should do?

    What's a little bothersome is that Gabe posted about today being the last day for rush delivery... and I ordered 3-day shipping on my order back on Dec.5 :(

    Thanks for the advice. Where can I find his email?

    Edit: It says "Sorry! That user has specified that they do not wish to receive emails. If you still wish to send an email to this user, please contact the administrator and they may be able to help." when I tried emailing him. Will contacting the administrator help?

    If anyone is having problems with their store order, please send me an email asap and I'll make sure it gets to you by Christmas. We have been having some problems with our customer service humans (and no, it's not an excuse, rather an explanation), and I've been scrambling a bit this morning to try and make everything right.
