So I'm on 21, the last mission (I think), and cannot get past. Any tips on this thing? It seems like everything MUST be done in a specific order or you lose. Very hard to get all the launch pads without losing one.
Orange Star's can churn out a couple of artillery, and you need to lure the Megatank to attack some meatshields while you rush over your infantry to the farthest silo.
Green Earth get some anti-airs out. You're not in immediate danger, but be very aware of the range of the Black Cannon. Note that even a 1hp Infantry can launch a missile.
Blue Moon, here's the deal - lure the large tank (Md. or Neo, I can't recall) deep into your own territory so you can send a small group - loaded APC and a tank maybe down to the silos. And don't ignore the silo on the island. If the enemy flies a chopper over and unloads on the silo, you're sunk. I recommend Colin for this, since you'll want to pump out units quickly.
It's best to not do too much on the Blue Moon front until the FoW rolls in. Try and use COs that are good for FoW combat, like Grit or Lash, and take advantage of the terrain, using it in your favor. Also if Black Hole's Dual Strike attack ends up being too much for you try putting Sasha on the Blue Moon front and use Market Crash to prevent them from unleashing it.
Javier for the Blue Moon front, obviously. If you have the Force skill that makes forest movement = 1, then the map is just about broken in your favour.
The mission isn't really difficult - the most harrowing part is the enemy's battleships. If worst comes to worst, I exploit the crappy AI and just churn out a new infantry unit every turn in the battleship's range - it'll go for the infantry 99% of the time.
Ah, the infamous Pincer Strike. I'd been stuck on that mission trying to get a 300 for ages on hard.
I think I eventually settled on Eagle/Sami as OS and Kanbei/Andy as BM. Give Kanbei the force rank that ignores forests and his partner a few that boosts Kanbei's attack and defense even further and he'll rush right through it. The artilleries, rockets and battleships won't likely phase him.
OS's job is mostly to minimize casualties by taking out the battleships, so it doesn't really matter who you pick, probably someone high ranked to abuse force ranks. Sasha's Market Crash certainly helps a lot, since I lost a perfect score more than once because of Drake's power. Good luck.

Oh, and just so you know, and there's a lot of images on that link.
