Deleted iTunes Recovery

So I just accidentally deleted my whole iTunes folder. I have most of my music backed up, but I had a bunch of CD's ripped to it that have since been stolen/lost. I was slowly backing everything I had not on CD to CD in case something like this happened. Tried System Restore and didn't seem to help at all.

Any suggestions on how to get it back?

Define "accidentally deleted". If you deleted it by normal means, you can try an undeleting program to get the data back (all deleting does is flag data sectors to be available for overwriting, it doesn't actually remove the files from the disk). If you reformatted your drive, you're SOL, as the file system was trashed and won't know where any files are at all.

There are third-party solutions for the iPod that may be able to retrieve the music from the iPod itself (if it's still there, that is). Not having an iPod myself I'm afraid I can't point you in the right direction, but I'm sure that you'll be able to find them.
