    Yes -- in the same way that one can "believe" they are Lithuanian or Catholic or heterosexual. Draconity is an identity. We choose to accept that part of us which we identify as draconic. Do we ultimately choose to be dragons, or is it something that is predetermined? I don't know.

    But that didn't work out, so now I'm bum.

    In junior high and through out most of high school I wanted to major in performing arts. Ultimately I didn't want my only marketable skill to be that I could pretend to be other people. Also I was never too into dudes.

    I wanted to be marine biologist. And not so I could study dolphins or the gay, cute animals but because I wanted to explore and study unusual stuff that was off the beaten track. The sad thing is, I totally could have done it if I hadn't been distracted first by going to a Christian college to be a missionary and then later by deciding to work instead of pursue a degree.
