EQ2 account troubles

Ok, so I decided to take a look at EQ 2 and ordered the game from amazon.

After installing I set up my account, thanks to the nonexistent manual, and general lack of helpfull explanations I missed the box for entering my activation key.
I chose bank transfer as my method for payment and then added the Rise of Kunark package, I did not enter any bank details, I was a bit sceptical because it said 37,95$ next to the Kunark option, but I figured they would ask me for my key later or I could just stop the procedure once they asked me for bank details.

After that I just got a message telling me my account is set up and ok and then I received an email with a bill for 37,95 Euro(apparently they change $ to € 1:1), telling me to wire them the money in 5 days.
The account is active now, I can play the game without having paid anything and I cant enter the key(found the field now) because it tells me that I already have unlocked the feature the key would give me(EQ2).

Sooooo, can I just shut leave the account and start a new one with the key? They dont have my full adress or bank details, just expect me to wire them the money in time as far as I can tell and will probably shut down the account in 5 days if I dont do so.
I am confused because they activated the account just on the promise that I will send them money in the future, I didnt think that was standard procedure, so will they bug me with mails or threaten legal action(dont think so) if I do not wire the money?

BTW this is the european version of the game if that matters.

    I play EQ2 but I'm not sure how you should proceed... you'll probably just need to call SoE Customer Service and they can remove the expansion from your account and let you enter your key like a normal new activation would.
