The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I've been out of school for a few months and in that time I've been working nonstop. This has led to me lacking exercise, and eating lot's more fatty foods than I normally do. (I work in the mall and get lunch at the food court every day). I shaved my beard recently, only to discover where had once been my jawline, is now an extra chin. I haven't put on all that much weight really. However in recent photographs and things (new years party, bleh), I've noticed it just looks plain horrible, especially now that I'm trying to grow the beard back in to hide it. Is there a way to focus weightloss on a specific area like this, when I'm not exactly sure how you'd work out your chin. I'm kind of panicking over this. I was a really heavy kid growing up, but totally got thin/built when the beginning of highschool came, and I'm having all these flashes of my childhood, and I really don't think I can handle having the whole fat face thing.

Please do not do this. A beard hides nothing.
For some reason, some people seem to put fat on the face really readily. It happened to a lot of my friends who left school for college, and switched to shitty cafeteria food. As has been pointed out, the only way to lose the weight is to decrease body fat overall. Rather than buying food at the mall, take a healthy packed lunch. Are you able to ride/walk to work? Can you squeeze in exercise in the mornings/afternoons? If you're only just out of school, you should be young enough to be able to shed the weight in no time once you get back into a proper routine.
Thanks guys. I think I'll start with the packed lunches. The whole beard thing I only say because I never appeared to have a double chin previous to shaving, and now theres a weird patch that's not growing back and it just looks ridiculous. I try to jog everyday but since christmas have been glued to my television thanks to the new NiGHTS and receiving the Angel complete series box set. I went jogging when I woke up this morning, but totally had fried chicken for lunch. I'm terrible at this.
After posting this late last night it occurred to me that concentrated weight loss doesn't work and all that. I was just having a moment of panic and was hoping someone could provide me with a magic-y solution. Since childhood I've never been terribly obese, like, my weight has fluctuated between having abs and having a gut to be sure, but I feel like my body is going to hell recently, and I don't want that at all.

No.
Targeted weight loss does not work.
the "no true scotch man" fallacy.
