Changing my eating habits back

So, for most of my life, I've eaten reasonably healthily at a good pace. Over the past year, however, my apetite and eating patterns have shifted significantly, and I really need to get them back in order.

Basically, I wake up around 11:00 and go to bed around 2:00, and in that time I can never make myself eat more than one meal. I've become so used to feeling really hungry that being full feels decidedly unnatural. I've found that if I smoke enough weed, I can usually eat and feel comfortable, but without that I just have no motivation to eat anything.

I've lost a shitload of weight due to this, and it's starting to concern me and the people around me. How can I go about restoring my apetite? I have already concluded a good first step would be exercise, since that burns plenty of calories and actually makes me need energy.

If anyone has any ideas, that would be awesome. Thanks.

[edit] Whoops, my internets fucked up and I accidentally made two of this thread. If a mod could kindly delete one, that would be delightful

Quit smoking weed. Exercise. Sleep regularly. Eat three regular meals.

I don't have personal experience, as my eating habits have always been all over the place, but for a few family members and my fiancée, creating a regimented menu of what you will eat is the best way to go about it.

Leanna would sit down on Sunday and plan out her meals for the week, create a shopping list and go get what she needs. Then she would stick as tight to the menu as possibly.

The key word is "habit". To make something habitual, you can't just say "this is how it is", you have to build a plan and stick to the plan. Incorporating the planning of what you eat with your food shopping is the best way to help you stay on the plan.

Also, try to make your "dinner/supper" meal something that you actually cook. Not big overdone things that will give you excuses not to do them, but something you have to put some effort into, because then it will make you more likely to actually eat what you made.

Try smaller meals throughout the day, as opposed to just one.
