i got this book for christmas-and yes it is a novel of the non graphic variety. but it is about super heroes and i thought it was fantastic. the writing reminded me of alan moore without feeling like a rip off. it was one of those books i couldnt put down and sailed through in a few extended sittings and i thought you guys might dig it. so if you havent read it/heard of it the book is definetly worth checking out.

my mistake-i should maybe actually get my lazy butt off the couch and get the book off of the shelf next time i wanna recommend something.

reading "halting state" by charles stross right now which is also pretty darn good...
