Trouble with ISP after moving house

I moved into my current address in the winter of 2007. I signed a 12 month contract with my ISP in the summer and so when I moved house I phoned them, informing them of the new information and they said that that'd be ok and they would move the account over to the new property and I could resume payments from there. Everything was rosy until I got my bank statement through last week. It turns out that my ISP had been making a second set of withdrawals from my account, from when I told them I was moving.

Surely this isn't on the level. What can I do?

Uh, call them, explain the situation, and get them to fix it?

Yeah. Billing error. Once they understand what's going on, they should be willing to fix it.

If they're not... you could sue 'em. So they better be.
