Please help! PS3 Rock Band party in DC area needs a guitar!

I'm having a big Rock Band party at my place this friday, just outside Washington DC. Lots of people, lots of noise, lots of fun, you get the idea.
However...here's the problem. I have Rock Band for the PS3, and it only came with one guitar. There are NO, that's right, asolutely NO guitars available for this game outside of the core set, which costs $170.
I really don't want to pay $170 for a plastic guitar. Is there anyone else in the greater DC area with this game, who would be willing to share their guitar for my party? You'd be welcome to come join in the festivities of course, and maybe I could do the same for you sometime? It just sucks to be limited to 3 people when the game supports 4, just because some marketing moron wanted to force us "early adopters" to fork out more money than necessary just to play the game that was advertised :P
