Ringtones

a) does anyone know a good place to get ringtones for a sony ericsson 580i, the bastard can play mp3s, but not as ringtones. or does anyone know of a good place to get a ringtone converter so that i can make my own and use them on my phone.

b) what kinds of ringtones do you guys use? link them if you want.
