A friend of mine has a strange Problem with Team Fortress 2.
All Hardware drivers are up to date and the system should run the game just fine, 2 gigs of RAM, Gforce 7600GT, not all settings on max etc, but he has frequent rubberbanding effects and some lags.
Other Valve/Steam games like Portal, CS Source, etc. are just fine, his ping is alright as well.
I have almost the same system setup and no problems like that, any ideas?
