Morning gents, quick question about my phone that I'm sure someone out there can give me a hand with. I recently bought the T-Mobile Wing and because it uses Windows Mobile I've been synching my media files directly to it through WMP11. Now in theory it supports video files as well, but all of my attempts to upload my episodes of The Office have failed miserably each time. The manual says it supports the .avi files my episodes are coded as, but this is where I need you fine fellows. Would converting the epi's to a different format be more efficient and if so how? Or, is this just an issue of my not using my phone properly? Gotham must know...

I have a TyTn (Hermes) which is similar to your Wing and that site has everything about these things. I can play Divx stuff on my phone with a different player but yours may not have the processing power to do it unless you convert them first.
