Belkin Wireless Woes (WORK YOU)

I recently purchased a Belkin Wirless G adapter for use with my 360.
I have now been trying to set it up for use, and it refuses to do so.
I Added the software to my computer, and it will NOT detect the thing. When I plug it in a yellow dialog box tells me it has detected it, and then searches for the appropriate software to use. But I've already installed the fucking thing. Then, it stops blinking.
I try to use the Windows Wireless setup wizard, and it can't see it either.
Not even when I click "My Computer" does this damned piece of plastic show up.
What on earth do I do?

Get a Linksys because Belkin is shit (trust me, I have one). I'm dead serious.
