Upcoming RTS/Strat for consoles?

oHai.

I've been contemplating getting Command and Conquer 3 for the 360. It's been a long time since I played an RTS game. I think the last one was Star Craft and it's expansion. Similarly for Strategy games, as I think the last one I played was Civ 4.

Anyway.

Civ Revolutions is definitely on the list. I'm a big Civ freak. This is usually the game that makes me upgrade my Mac.

Gameplay video

But what else is coming out? I think EndWar is an RTS, and I remember there being one from SEGA on the way too. Any others I should look forward too?

Post pics and links if possible, please.

EDIT

And while I'm here, lemme ask a quick question that someone may be able to answer.

I have an Intel Mac. Civ 3 has been ported, yes? If not, does anyone have any experience running Windows version under Mac with Crossover?

I got C&C 3 on the 360 around Christmas, it was only $40 new at Best Buy (gift cards FTW). The port is excellent, it looks and runs well and they really fine tuned the controls that they introduced in BFME2. It shows that you really can do an RTS just fine on a console.

Coming up on the 360, there's C&C 3: Kane's Wrath, Halo Wars, Supreme Commander, EndWar, Universe at War, and World in Conflict, that I know of.

    Edit: Screens:

As is Civilization, including the Revolutions spin-off mentioned in the OP.

And World in Conflict is getting a 360 port? God damn it. I knew I should have waited. My PC is still in dire need of an upgrade to handle that game.

He lists Civilization in his OP. Not to mention the topic title says "RTS/Strat" which I assume entails all strategy games.

Advance Wars is welcome in my topic.

    :-)

I probably won't pick it up, though, because I don't want to destroy my DS over it's difficulty.

From my knowledge, this is pretty much how it sums up:

    360:
    Civilization: Revolution
    Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath
    Halo Wars
    Supreme Commander
    Tom Clancy's EndWar
Universe at War (which is the RTS from Sega, developed by Petroglyth)
    World in Conflict

    PS3:
    Civilization: Revolution
    Tom Clancy's EndWar

    Wii:
Battalion Wars 2 (does it count?)
    Civilization: Revolution

There's a good chance some of the 360 games will be ported to the PS3 but right now, the 360 is pretty clearly where all the RTS's are being ported to.

Halo Wars is not being made by Bungie, who gave us the rather innovative Myth games, so I assume its going to be standard C&C fare?

Made by Ensemble, of Age of Empires fame. Seems less tactical ala Myth and more traditional base-building crush, kill, and destroy sort of thing.

And you 360 homps better pick up World in Conflict. It's pretty boss.

It's being developed by Ensemble (the guys behind the Age of Empires series), so I'm guessing it'll be pretty similar to AoE3.

Anyway, I forgot about XBLA and PSN in my previous post, which is probably for the best since I don't really have a clue what's coming out for XBLA. The PSN is getting PixelJunk Monsters though, it's similar to the Tower Defense mods for Warcraft III. Reports say that it's really fun.

There is Band of Bugs on the XBLA. A turn based strategy game in the vein of Final Fantasy Tactics.

It's an Age of Empires reskin. I've watched the videos and saw nothing to be even remotely interested in outside the license. Watching the combat was about as un-Halo as anything I can imagine. I'm a raging Halo fanboy, and I very much doubt I will do more than rent the game for the story.
