As much as I hate to do this, I didn't like the movie poster. So I added more flash to it.
I also found a pic of Orson Welles that fits the Atlas look more.
Below is both a clean version and a dirty aged version. I personally think the aged version has a little more life to it. It looks like it was folded in someone's attic for a few years.
Okay Vicious. You and me are going back in time, and we are making this happen.
This means, of course, not only finding a time machine, but kidnapping Ken Levine.
Count me in.
On a side note, Vicious, how do you get those gorgeous, ever-so-slightly rubbed-off damaged areas, like it's been in someone's backpack too long?
Mushroom:
If you can find a DeLorean and bag big enough to to kidnap Ken Levine with then I am game.
Zeteic:
The easiest way is to create a new layer, and have it sit on top. Draw and erase black all over and make it look deteriorated. Or you can find sprays or stamps that have that old look to them already. After you have done that emboss the layer (or duplicate the layer and invert it's colors and lower the transparency a bit on the inverted layer). It gives it a nice dug in look, I have been experimenting with many pictures trying to get the best look.

I can provide a DeLorean. However, you have to find your own flux capacitor and plutonium/something to give you 1.21 Gigawatts of power.

Probably some U-232.. Don't ask how I know this.. I really don't know why..
This one was quick and dirty and I have little skill with Photoshop.
Ah, the punchline I needed. Thank you, good sir.

I just got a crazy idea and I am not sure if I am going to go threw with it. But after looking at that BioShock poster I made, I think I am going to make a BioShock Movie trailer.
(update: 20 seconds of the trailer is done, I will see about finishing it up tonight)

But about the bioshock movie trailer, this is just nitpicking but the ability to blend different sounds only came along in the last 20 years, so all the movies and their trailers you see from earlier will just have one track of sound (like the announcer and his music and not the way we have trailers today with a trailer's music on the movie with the movie's background music cut out and the announcer talking). My younger brother is in Oakland, going to film school so little tidbits of history like that are all he tells me.
Great! Though I was hoping we'd see some Vincent Price or Orson Welles cunningly hidden in there...
Well it was really hard to find anything that could fit in there with them. Plus, I didn't want to spent anthing longer then an hour making it!
(Also Royce: I think we have had multi-track recodining since the 60s. An early example would be the Doctor Who theme, the BBC Radio Workshop used to do that kind of stuff daily. It was much harder back then because you had to use a bunch of magnetic tape and cut and record sounds over and over again. But I do know what you mean, people who made trailers around 20 years ago and beyond did not use this technology. Mostly because it would have taken a long time and they might have not known how to do it.)
I can't find a screenshot of the Ganado pointing at Leon, or I would have made some kind of "I want you..." Uncle Sam style poster out of it.
Anyway, someone who has some actualy photoshop skill (as in, not me) should do something with Big Boss:
I mean, come on, the guy screams USA, USA, USA.
When this thread first started the first thing that came to my mind was Snake in that face camo with
the american flag/ soviet flag camo you get after stamina beating Volgin
I googled it for like 20 mins but couldn't find a good pic so I gave up. Also, I'm not very good at coming up with slogans but I thought something to do with Outer Heaven or something. I don't know just a thought to those with creativity out there hehe
I'm still looking for the right Travis Touchdown picture and I forgot my third one, so just this for now. Notice the lack of actual photoshopping. Whatever.

Do not hate illegal immigrants. If you cannot live with them, then at least do them no harm. For their's is already a hard lot.

I was going to put a picture of Prince Malcazarr from WoW over an american flag and it would say
"You vote for not Malcazarr alone, but the legions he commands!"
The original image was not that much smaller. I just stretched it and fixed it up a a bit.
