This conversation is over already but let me just say: Generally, I will detonate my shit if it gets sapped and I'm not near it, because its just faster for me to det it and rebuild somewhere else quickly, sappers kill buildings really slowly. This is especially true in ctf_well since there are a ton of useful places to put sentries. Also, I blow up sapped teleporter entrances out of spite.
Good games this morning guys, well played on dbowl etc, even if I wasn't on my A game. As the PA servers get more competitive I find I keep switiching to demoman more because it just feels like everything else I use does 0 damage when I play them.

I mean, I know I did a lot of defending of it...but that is more of the "wait and see" variety. I'll say it's better than 2fort, at least it seems to be so far, but that's not sayin' much. It certainly gets exciting if somebody gets the intel out of the intel room, which seems to be a bit easier than on 2fort. From what I saw earlier tonight I think it might just fall victim to a different brand of stalematitis...closer to the hydro strain. But we'll see.

Also, I was fucking on tonight as a heavy. Then my wireless connection went to hell. Or at least I think it did; I'm going to try out the hardline ethernet connection and see if it doesn't flake out.
Damnit, i still cant get my spray to get uploaded. The only one i got to work is an FYI i am a spy one, and i dont know why it takes that one instead of my other sprays, theyre all 128x128, jpegs but it keeps saying "Image file is corrupt because I love being an ass"

Yeah, it really doesn't work. From what I understand you can import it in another game with sprays (like DoD), then copy the files over, or you can do what I did and just import it in VTFedit and copy the files in appropriately. It's been a while, so I can neither tell you how nor point you to a page that does, but a little creative googling should turn something up.
And I can't invite from these pages but I did succefully invite someone last night after they had joined the server, so maybe ask the next time you are in game?
Really, you don't need to be in the group to play with PAers. Just add the servers to your favorites, being in the group does nothing besides adding a link in your SteamID page.
Eh, I was out today for more supplies, namely snacks, and by the time I got back the PA servers were deserted. I need to head back to Alcatraz the next morning, so Imma going to have some fun on my local pubs for a while. Thanks for the two (three?) games I had on the servers for the weekend, I can now enjoy thinking of those good times while I'm being whipped, lashed and buttraped for the next week or so.
(Snacks are prohibited but let's see how far I can get before being arrested for breaching operational security by consuming cocoa products in-camp.)
BTW, I just got the biggest possible version they had of the "Spies Everywhere!" picture. (I didn't make it, it was sort of a chain, someone who got it from someone else showed it to me.)

Also, i was playing on a public server earlier, and there were no sudden deaths, straight to stalemate. Did i miss something?
They made sudden death mode a server variable a couple of patches ago. If I'm not mistaken (which I am a lot, I'll admit it) it's switched off by default.
When I view servers under the spectate tab and join one it joins as a player rather than joining the Source TV stream.
Any way to rectify this? I like to watch some of the clan matches but now it is joining the servers as a player not a spectator (ie when the tv stream has 6/128 players watching and I join it says server full because the main server has 20/20, or when i join one without a password it says bad password because the clan server does have one)
