Today I saw a Gwendolyne doing a 40 kilogram bench press in the smith machine. His fellow Gwendolyne told him "not to push himself" because that was "some serious weight". Then the two gwendolynes went and did quarter squats with 40kg each, followed by some 40kg deadlifts, and then some high fives.

If you've eaten recently, how long should you wait until you take them?

    - why do you not
    - spend less time
+ - not finishing that wall
spend less time on wall (3 negatives)

    more time getting into shape
    + -fatty
spend more time getting less fat (1 positive + 1 negative)

    all in all
spend less time on the wall and more time losing weight

    6'2"

The last two years I've been fluctuating between 230 and 240 for football, except for two minor incoveniences of surgery/sickness that laid me low.

But now that there is no more football, 220 it is and I'll get back up to 230, 240 and it will be fucking muscle. Also, by the time I get down to 220 through diet and body weight exercise, I'll probably have quit my job and school will have ended so I will be able to have three months to do physical labor for money and work out consistently.

smaller gut and no back fat.

I would have to get down to about 200 or 205 to have abs, most likely.

Well I did my leg workouts today but I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with doing them on this machine.

The shin workouts I can do at work though are actually helping. There wasn't any pain at all today.

that's pretty much my exact same weight and height. I'm going to guess you've got a better fat to muscle ratio than I'm rocking though.

Currently? No. I'm pretty fucking out of shape.

Between now and last year, which you can see in the pictures I've added to my last post, there's a pretty serious fucking difference.
