At first I thought it was Volare (and it might be) but.. not sure.
I remember hearing it over a year ago in some music class. I thought it has a Spanish-sounding title, but perhaps it doesn't.
It was famous, I know that much. It's very drum heavy and has been re-done several times. It has an incredibly distinct beat and may be the national anthem of some country.
