What is this song?

At first I thought it was Volare (and it might be) but.. not sure.

I remember hearing it over a year ago in some music class. I thought it has a Spanish-sounding title, but perhaps it doesn't.

It was famous, I know that much. It's very drum heavy and has been re-done several times. It has an incredibly distinct beat and may be the national anthem of some country.

As far as I can recall, it has no words at all.

.. Any ideas? Heh. :|

is it so famous that it might have been used in anything you've seen?

also what kind of scene would the song cause someone to imagine?
