Yeah, the Gamecube controller extenders work perfectly, we have two.
Wavebird has no rumble.
awesome, thank you
Personally, I'm only having controllers for myself. If my roommates wanna break more controllers they can do it to their own. I USED to have 2 wavebirds.
Also- I'm really interested in that SuperFamicom classic controller.

They do work just fine. I have one or two lying around from the days when I was down to just two working wavebirds, both with a couple hundred hours of smash on them. Worn out the rubber and killed the sticks. Switching back to the standard controller just felt wrong and the rumble felt like an unecessary distraction. Got used to it again, but now I'm flying again.
I have no clue if I'm ever going to try out the other control options.

My friends are giving me a controller with a fan in it that cools your hands. I'm pretty excited about it. That thing is nice.

My Gamecube controllers are basically shot. The analog sticks make it impossible to consistently do Smash moves or fall through platforms. It's pretty funny, actually, to watch us stand on a platform and keep ducking trying to fall through it.
No. Well, maybe. You see, all the evidence points to a disk (packaging more likely, as the disks are standard) shortage being the reason for the delay. Better to be safe than sorry. Also I hear that Circuit City has some sort of free giftcard offer with preorder.
Also the Air Flows are a neat little third party controller. I like the GCN ones quite a bit.
Well, so much for not spoilering anything. These leaks are like crack, man. I started going into withdraws when I just stopped to go downstairs for cereal.
I really don't want to get too much of the Subspace Emissary spoiled so I'm pretty much just skimming through everything rather than focusing on a part. This way it should still be mostly new and surprising, even though I vaguely know some plot points.
Also since it seems the 35 roster was true (though I still have trouble believing Wind Waker Link will be in this), it doesn't matter if I see the whole roster. Wheeeeee...
And seriously, why the heck has no one gotten a straight answer to who Taboo is?

Does anyone have the connections to these leakers to acquire a full (or as near full as possible) unlocked Japanese save on Sunday or so?
So...we have a couple characters, probably, who haven't been revealed yet and everyone that HAS been revealed has been achieved via the normal story mode.
Knowing this, do you think it's possible there could be secret characters that even the "35 character" guy didn't have time to reveal via multiplayer matches or challenge matches?
Edit: The above appears to be photoshopped, whether it's accurate or not.
Definitely fake. It's the exact same as the last char select shot from the KazeSSBB photobucket - same character selected, same cursor position, same cursor motion blur.
EDIT: Also, same characters tagged as "NEW" from the older pic.
AbsoluteZero, there is absolutely zero possibility of Ridley. Except with a gameshark.
There is currently no way to run unsigned code (i.e. use a gameshark-like device) on the Wii. Some promising breaks are theoretically in the works, though.

Since ROB is a playable character I hope one of the bosses is like, the Power Glove.

That looks glorious
Do you think I should preorder?
Will this game be in short supply?
Holy crap.
Is.. is that shattering the stage?

Secret Satan
Edit: Welp, consider me disappointed.
Looks fake. The three guys added to the right just has art taken from other places.
So much for lining characters up according to their franchises. Hah.
Seems fake to me. First the idea that he unlocked all the last ones all at once. Also,
Faker than fake, just someone hopping onto the leak train, but he didn't even try.
I mean, I love everything that is smash, and I'll beat SSE with him anyway, but man...
Edit: I've been had!

Never mind that I was trying to please everyone and I put a lot of work into it all.
When this thread reaches 100 I will post the OP of the 'Released in Japan' thread as the new one.

Either an enemy or maybe the guy who talks to Poo when he meditates?
Oh, the enemy is Tangoo. And the spirit that talks to Poo doesn't have a name? Nevermind.
We don't know yet.

I don't get it either. I would certainly prefer, say, Ridley. Still, interesting new characters are welcome.

Well, fuck.
