So WoW, the massively multi-player online anti-Christ of video games has recently claimed the souls of a group of my friends. So naturally they're doing what any horde of mindless zombies would do, they're going around trying to get all of
their friends to start playing, myself included. Now I quit quite some time ago and normally I would be fending them off with a bible and a fistful of shotgun shells but I have a few spare "time cards" left that I never really got around to using. And I
really hate to see money to go to waste.
But seriously.
I "level'd" a Shaman to 70 before I quit, and since blizzard has pretty much shot that class to hell from what I hear I'm aiming for the next best thing. A druid.
I've been out of the loop for awhile now (Think almost immediately after the BC release) and was wondering if anyone out there can answer a few questions for me.
-Whats the best spec for grinding/leveling + solo quests?
-Is a druid useful to parties? Nothing big here, no big guilds, no raids, no "MOAR DOTZ!". Just PUGS and arena.
-I hear they reduced the grind to 60, True? Would I be able to level a druid to level seventy within roughly 2.5 months?
Any input would be
greatly appreciated

Feral.
Yes.
Yes. Easily.
edit: and you really, really heard wrong about Shaman.
What makes them worth playing? I mean if they're still any good ill gladly pick mine up again, but when I browse the boards in search of news all I see is bad things about them (Yes I know the WoW boards are full of complainers but this seems excessive).
Not to mention all my cousins ever do is moan about how bad they are
Or, go to any of the other class boards on the WoW website.
They will all be filled with the same crap as the Shaman board.
