So I was trying ti play DoW and my computer crashed. A message about rebooting popped up before it crashed but I couldn't read it because the screen was acting up. But either way, I restarted the computer and its displaying in 4 bit. I tried to up it but it won't go past 16 and even then it only lasts a second. None of the trouble shooting worked. I would like to get this fixed so any help would be nice.

    Reinstall your video drivers.

Sounds like your graphics card failed. If it's onboard, not much you can do other than reloading the drivers. If it's external (pci, agp, etc) you can take it out, reseat it in a different slot, and reload the drivers. It could be a bad card or a bad expansion slot. Try all of that first and see if it fixes anything.
