What little I've seen of him shows him darting around the stage exactly like Mewtwo, and having the exact same basic special.
He's either a clone, or he draws significantly from mewtwo's moveset. I haven't really seen much of him, but I've seen enough that he obviously fights like mewtwo.
By the way, Luigi kept all of his victory poses. Including falling over randomly. And "shooting" you with his "hand guns". Except now he says "Bam bam" in a really effeminate voice.
I absolutely love how ALL these vids are always on the same 3 stages.

EDIT: And they always move their cursor across the others stages, too. You're yelling "YES! PICK THAT ONE!" at your monitor and the fucker takes Battlefield or whatever.

Indeed, there are some differences, the first being speed and his A moves.
Also, could anyone notice how cap'n falcons FS worked? Couldn't tell how it determines who gets run down.
