Well, holy was fun. In the sense that getting to see endgame content was fun and Holy was the only way you were getting in there with your paladin.
When ZG was new my guild took me into it knowing I was ret, with about 10 points into holy. We cleared that sucka in no time. Some guilds are just nice and won't care, others will demand you be their slave.

Hate: no, i don't want to join in on your little "naked valentine's picnic mark run" in AB. I want to get the Daily done. And that's kinda hard when I'm the only one on our side clothed and willing to kill people.
worse yet, I got teamed up with the same group two times in a row by going with the "select next available battle" option.
But I finally did it; pics up in the character screenshot thread. I pondered going for 'action shots', but mostly I just wanted to get 'em all covered before the raid.

Windrunner had the same ones for 4 days in a row earlier this week
So at last the heroic daily switched from Botanica to Ramparts. I find a feral druid, a resto shaman, a rogue using a mace and dagger, and mage that need another dps. Off we go with a little less than 3 hours till the reset. It was a mess to say the least, if I am going to blame someone it would be the mage.
He pulled the first boss twice when we were not ready and after dieing far to much and running down the clock from 2:45 hours left to less than 15 minutes he took a spirit res We only killed the first boss and a ton of trash. Still it was nice to do a heroic again on my warlock the last one I did was back in early June.
I almost transfed last night if the site was not down and going to Shu'halo finding no one was on was really strange
Hate: The spirit changes have put paladins even further in the basement for healing.
Priests have like 300+ mp5 and 600+ out of combat mp5.
I dunno. I'm wondering if the changes might actually put spirit back on the table as a worthwhile holy paladin stat. It's looking like the spirit regen equation - based on test calculations from the test realm - may now be normalised over classes, so in principle a paladin with the same amount of spirit/int as a priest would get the same regen *plus* illumination on top of that.
Of course, good luck finding any plate gear worth having with some on...
HAPPY/GRATEFUL: Holy shit thank you PA Forums, just saved the raid from a night of wiping because I'd heard Tauren had trouble stacking (Or Druids had trouble stacking, someone somewhere, had trouble stacking hordeside), and you guys saved me from more than a couple wipes before realizing what the problem on mother was!

If I played a Holy Pally while raiding, I would just set up a game controller for WoW, lean back, put my feet on the desk and watch a movie while raiding.

I always joked that while I was playing holy, I could just set myself to /follow on the tank and setup a drinking bird over the flash of light key.
Then go read a book and wait till I heard that a boss had died and I needed to roll on loot.

Oh God why do I still play it every week whyyyyyy
I play with a scatterbrained sl/sl Lock (i'm resto for peeveepee) and we have serious trouble against twitchy, hopped-up-on-amphetamines 2 dps teams who cc me to fuck while they burst my gnome down.
Our most recent loss was to a Hunter/Lock team; a deathcoil, scattershot and fear later and my lock was dead... they just had to chase me down while /lolling and /spitting
Healing chest dropped, fucking NETHERBANE dropped, AND THEN THE PHOENIX MAINHAND DROPPED.
I FOUGHT IVENCE TO THE DEATH VIA DKP AND DEFEATED HIM WITH A CRUSHING 99 OUT OF 100 ROLL FOR MY VICTORY.
The elemental shaman got the healing chest, the Resto shaman(me) got the mainhand, and the Enhancement shaman got the netherbane, which was a HUGE fucking upgrade for him, since he was using the goddamn Malchazeen(His mainhand is the t3 blacksmithing mace, so he didn't need the phoenix mainhand). Overall, COMPLETE SHAMAN DOMINATION.

Hahahah. Fortunately we don't raid on Thursdays but we are finally on Illidan, and our progression night is usually Sunday, and oh hey like five of our ten total healers posted that they probably wouldn't make it. ILLIDAN, PEOPLE. Argh.
Happy: Mysterious 20,600+ shadow bolt crit last night. I don't even know. I guess I had that Priestess of Dementia buff (double damage) and didn't realize it, plus the prot paladin was swinging Nightfall, and I was in the BM hunter group...
Woohoo! We had lots of issues with RoS last night so we didn't even get to Shahraz, but hopefully on Friday we'll drop her and Council quickly enough to get some Illidan attempts in. Who knows if we'll have a raid Sunday though, and those are our only two nights left.

and respec your boomkin to resto and get your heal on from that.
