    I wouldn't hold my breath until I saw an EC-PAX (Pax on the east coast) happen first. Then it's just a hop skip and a jump over the Atlantic.

    Okay, we go through this every year, so I'm just going to lay it down now. Everybody goes through this "PAX Should Be in My Hometown" thing. People as close as California and as far away as Austrailia want PAX to come to them. It's a sad fact that there's no way to bring PAX to us, that's why we go to PAX. Occasionally, usually after PAX and the forum has slowed down a bit, I will open up a thread to pitch why PAX should be where you are. Some people come up with some convincing arguments, others don't. Until such thread is reopened, I will be locking all threads that want for PAX to come to them. I sympathize with not being close to PAX, but we're not doing this right now. There are 2,500 miles and 2 days of travel between me and Seattle, and while that's not quite an ocean away, it's pretty far, and the only thing I can do about the distance is cross it.
