So if you reduce your meat-eating by 20% for a year, it's the same reduction in greenhouse gases as driving a Prius for a year instead of a family sedan? That's impressive.
Now all you have to do is convince certain forumers that the meat industry isn't completely oblivious to the fact that there are people eating less to no meat and isn't in to wasting hundreds of millions of dollars.
Anyone else here getting Sins of a Solar Empire when it releases Monday? The game looks bloody awesome and G&T (I think) may be getting together a long PA game.
But the whole eating a 12 course meal where dessert is peacock brains and then sticking a feather down your throat in the vomitorium thing just sound highly unpleasant all around.

Problem: There's not a reduction in greenhouse gases from driving a Prius for less than 8-10 years.
Edit: Oh and that's to see a reduction as compared to an H2, I imagine it's longer when compared to a mid-sized sedan.

I'd love to get it, but I want to be absolutely certain it would play decently on my machine. It's not looking like a real graphics hog, so most likely yeah.

Have you had peacock brains? You'll want to throw up just to taste them again.

I think the given example does not take into account car production costs.
What is it taking into account on the blanket-"meat" side apart from production costs? And presumably they didn't just subtract meat but went ahead and accounted for the environmental costs of the replacement food-items?

There's something in the Polish aisle of my local supermarket called that. It appears to be preserved tripe in barbecue sauce.
But the list of people who want to date Otacon does not include Snake.
Edit: Also apparently has a zero-emissions model.
The one that loves Freedom the most.

Go clubbing, twitch uncontrollably, then collapse from heatstroke and dehydration.
I bet Otacon buys into Ladder-Theory.
Hissss?
