I believe it's a Korean or Japanese site, more likely the former. It's got a game akin to whack-a-mole, where you use the numberpad to cover 0 holes. The moles are these blue humanoids with a single eye.
The site also has several games which are just puzzles, I think they're known as the 'Grow' series. There's 6-10 buttons on one side of the screen, and you click on them one at a time. Each time you click a new element will appear on the screen. Sometimes new buttons clicked will interact with a previous element and cause it to evolve/grow. The goal is to get all elements evolved to their highest level.
