I haven't heard any complaints for the new schedule and have gotten a few orders at this point, so barring a sudden flood of excuses tomorrow morning, this will be your approximately-24-hour-warning that builds are due tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10 PM EST.

I've sent details to the retreating parties in separate PMs; if I don't hear from them before the deadline, I will assign a retreat order to a random adjacent province.

This is your approximately-24-hour reminder that orders are due tomorrow at 10 PM EST. This will be followed, if necessary, by a retreat phase that will end no later than 10 PM EST Saturday. If all retreat results are received before this Saturday deadline, we will proceed to the build phase, which will end no later than 10 PM EST Sunday. If all build orders are received before this Sunday deadline, we will proceed to Spring 1903, which will end next Tuesday at 10 PM EST.

If you don't expect to be around this weekend, you can include provisional retreat and / or build orders with your Fall 1902 orders tomorrow. If for some reason a provisional retreat order is invalid, or if no retreat orders at all are received before the deadline, the retreating unit will retreat to a random adjacent province or disband if this is not possible. If no build orders are received, I will not build for you; if a loss of supply centers requires you to disband one or more units and you fail to specify which, the unit furthest from your home supply centers will be disbanded.

If you have any questions, let me know!

New Current Map: Winter 1902 (Build Phase)

    JPP01-W1902.jpg
Build orders are due no later than 10 PM EST Sunday (February 24th).

I think this should be more than enough time, so if everyone can get their build orders to me before then and we can get an early start to the Spring 1903 season's negotiations, that would be great. The next season will start as soon as I hear from everyone with a build / remove order, so you have until the slowest person to respond, or 10 PM Sunday, whichever comes first.
    • Austria: 3 supply centers, 3 units. No units to build or remove.
    • England: 5 supply centers, 4 units. 1 unit may be built.
    • France: 4 supply centers, 4 units. No units to build or remove.
    • Germany: 7 supply centers, 5 units. 1 unit may be built. (Home supply center occupation blocks 1 build.)
    • Italy: 5 supply centers, 4 units. 1 unit may be built.
    • Russia: 5 supply centers, 7 units. 2 units must be removed.
    • Turkey: 4 supply centers, 3 units. 1 unit may be built.

Huh, Italy is in the best position at the moment, followed by Turkey, it looks like, how odd. The odds of Russia being boned are quite high, but not insurmountable. Missing last fall's orders hurt a bit. Austria is even worse off though, ouchies.

Yup. I was betting on Italy waiting to backstab me until after we'd finished off Turkey.

Although, if I hadn't made a mistake submitting one of my orders my army in Budapest would have been in Serbia instead, making the whole fiasco somewhat less likely.

And in other news if anyone who's name isn't Italy wants to be supported in an attack I might be willing to spend my one remaining turn helping you.

Hey guys, here's your usual reminder, with the updated map from the retreat mentioned earlier. As an FYI, I will probably be late in reporting Friday's moves by a few hours, but will hope to have that same night (it may be more around midnight EST, depending on when exactly I get home). Orders are still due at 10 PM EST, and we'll have a retreat phase (ending no later than Sat 10 PM) and build phase (ending no later than Sun 10 PM) following, so as before if you expect to be away this weekend you may want to include provisional build / retreat orders if possible.
