TI Calculator Programming Equation Help

I am trying to program a rather long equation (Z-Distribution in case anyone cares) and I would rather not have to input it three times to cover all the variables I would be solving for.

For argument's sake, is there anyway to program in a*b=y*x, and then skip whichever variable I am solving for?

Thanks.

    Which model do you have?

It does depend on the model. But you may want to look at the solve() function.

TI-83+, and if I use the solve() function, could you give me an example of syntax? Most searching I have done has proven fruitless, although I may simply not know exactly what I should be looking for.

Thanks for the help guys. If I cannot get these statistical equations loaded, I may have to go and buy a HP calc, and I don't want to drop another $100 if I can help it.

    Also, programming Sigma, any suggestions?
