Gaming headsets?

Just curious what kind of headsets you all used - I was thinking about finally buying one (long overdue) and wanted to see which ones were good and which to avoid before I just went with whatever option Logitech had :P

Also, if it matters, I have a 360 headset, so I would not be opposed to some kind of 360-PC adapter solution

    I just use the basic Logitech one that came with my Unreal Tournament 2004 SE box. Its not awesome but it gets the job done.

    Did they ever release that wireless 360 adapter or whatever you needed to use the wireless 360 controllers?

    The model I bought cost $80. I had some other ones before, but they wore out over time so I decided to spend a bit more money for something that lasts. It also has a USB connector.

    I can't stand this! I see great headsets then go through the negative reviews and the problems are all consistent so I back out of buying them.

    I like my Sennheiser PC 166 USB Stereo Multimedia Gaming Headset, i'd say this is one of the better sounding headsets i have tried for a while, The microphone sound is good, low noise, very good for gaming.

    I've been wanting to get these for a while but the reviews are sort of lacking. Also people are saying they are kind of shit when not used with the Razer soundcard. Anyone ever tried them?

    I use zalman 5.1 headphones and the mic attachment. I don't know or care what other people think of them, they are nifty to me.
