two questions - posters/xboxes

1. i recently had my 360 start to scratch up discs, and then stop reading them altogether (DREs). we sent it in to get fixed, and i got it back yesterday. it works fine except for one thing - you have to turn it on using the button on a controller, or else it just gets red rings. is this... normal? are there going to be any other issues if i just leave it alone?

2. one of my favorite bands is mr. bungle, and recently i've been trying to find a mr. bungle poster... any mr. bungle poster... to put up in my dorm room. the problem is i can't find ANY mr. bungle posters online.. anywhere. do they even exist? the best possible scenario would be finding a poster of the disco volante album cover, but i would probably buy anything. i've seen some random websites with expensive, telephone pole style concert posters, but that's not really what i'm looking for.

thanks for any information on either

In my experience, finding posters for videogames is really hard. My advice is to rasterbate it (http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/) and then go to a Kinko's / Copy Service and pay the $0.79 for photoquality prints. Then take the prints to a framing store and have them assemble the prints and dry mount them onto foam board.

This way you can do it to any image you want.

I doubt Mr. Bungle was ever popular enough to warrant selling posters, your best bet is to watch eBay for flyers leftover from club shows.

I think I've seen a poster of the first album cover, which was actually just art from a comic called "Beautiful Stories for Ugly Children". I turned so many people on to that record when it came out.

I saw a few concert posters on eBay. Here's a Mr.Bungle/Melt Banana poster on some other site. I'm sure you've checked out Melt Banana, but if you haven't you should. Mike Patton was performing with them a lot for awhile in live shows.

He did misread your question slightly but his advice is still worth looking in to. Rasterbator will let you make your own posters, essentially. Its not restricted to videogames, you can rasterbate any image really.
