The Apple Store and product differences [SOLVED]

Just a minor question. On the Apple Store online, they have refurbished iPod shuffles separated by generations. Under clearance, they have what are listed as 'New iPod shuffles (previous colors)' for a little more. Does anyone know if the 'New iPod shuffles (previous colors)' are the current generation or not? And does anyone know the difference? I think I would pay $10 more to get a different color. Thanks in advance.

the 2 generations of ipod shuffle look very different. One is longer like a stick and has a usb connection built right in, the other is just big enough for the wheel pad and has a clip on it.

Yeah, the Apple Store looks really misleading. They have 'previous generation' shuffles listed, but they're not actually a different generation, just recolors. Plus, they have their original price as $79... which was true months ago, but the new ones are only $10 more, it seems. Tricky bastards.

Consider this solved. Thanks anyway, guys.
