I just registered to say that the Cardboard Tube Samurai exists in a different continuum to the rest of the characters (with the possible exception of The Jesus), so you can't particuarly have them all together in the same room. Were they to appear together in this way, I would most likely be put off buying the set out of sheer logical disgust.

Div can be tiny, desk sized, and holding a bottle of rum. The Merch I think would work best as a fairly huge couch cushion style stuffed thing. You know those game play cushions that had the little arm rests on the sides, something like that with half evil, half happy merch... Could be expensive to build. While I'm at it, how about another mylar lithograph collectible.

I can't wait for Mr. Period to manifest himself in some way so that I may place him next to my keyboard. Garden Gnomes should also be packaged with every character, so you can amass your very own cult
As for other charaters... I'd love to get some figures of Jesus Christ, Batjew (please!), Saftey Monkey, Randy Pinkwood, Dr. Raven Darktalon Blood, Cardboard Tube Samurai, Frank, Golfing Gabe (with Hector), skeleton or living Jim, and maybe that Mad Scientist (the one that tried to kill them with a bomb... can't remember his name).
Maybe this has already been mentioned, but didn't Tycho say at some time that you knew PA had sold out when you got Tycho and Gabe toys with your Whopper? I love PA, but I just find this news amusing.

Yeah I saw the one that was sent to Gabe. I've sewn a pillow or two, but I think a quality Merch is beyond my skills.

Personally I want to see the first set be Tycho, Gabe, Brenna, Kara and Annarchy. Sort of a family album set.
