Left over noodles! WHAT DO I DO?

I have a big batch of left over thin spaghetti noodles - like a whole pound or more. I can already make a great tomato sauce and a half-decent pesto, so what are my other options?

Bonus points for non-italian ideas - ie no baked spaghetti.

    Wait, already cooked or not?

Also, I have not heard of this 'Spaghetti Cake'.

You could turn the noodles into a very tasty lo-mein by adding soy sauce, some cut up meat and vegetables and giving it a toss in the skillet.

chop up some peppers, cucumbers, and green onion.
toss them with the noodles and some italian salad dressing.
    put in the fridge.

Heat the noodles up, add a pat of butter, mix in some cheese. Thats how I get rid of old noodles, especially if I don't have any sauce.

    Melt butter in a pan.
    Scramble 1-2 eggs.
Throw in noodles. Add some melty cheese.
If you have a sausage or some ham, cut that up into little pieces and throw that in too.
Mix all that stuff around until it's as cooked/melted/warm as you want it.

This is my mother's general method for getting rid of extra noodles and other leftovers.

Also a little tabasco doesn't hurt.

Isn't that one of the great schools of philosophy or something?
