What's my next step (new 360, old arcade games)

I purchased some XBLA games during my second 360's reign of terror. Now the third one has arrived, and although it was hard to pull myself away from Brawl I managed to so I could play some Geometry Wars. Until low and behold, I need to be connected to XBL now :|

I've read articles about this and how wrong it is, I'm not going to be discussing this because we all know it's BS and wrong. I just want to know what I can do and who I call to fix this. Thank you :x

EDIT: I know I need to call Microsoft, but will they just give me my points back?

    Call Microsoft.

If you they have a record of your serial number change they will transfer ownership. If you replaced it through a store's extended warranty it gets trickier.

I know that. But will they just refund my points?

Wouldn't that be a question better left for when you call since that's what needs to be done?

Sometimes they refund points, sometimes they just have you redownload everything, and sometimes they just use black magic. It doesn't matter how they do it just that they do it.
