Safari Browser Question

How can I configure Safari to open up target="_blank" links in a new tab instead of a new window? This is on Safari 3 / Windows XP.

    Not sure if it's the same as I'm on a Mac, but under "Preferences..." (or it's equivalent in Windows, properties maybe).

    Should be under the general section. For "New windows open with:" select "Empty Page" in the drop down menu.
