Incredibly shitty PC FPS. I don't remember much about it, but it was set on a space station, and you had a number of different characters to choose from. One of them was a... cow man. And I do believe his name was Mooman. It was pretty late in the sprite-based FPS era, I think, and it had cartoony graphics, possibly an animated intro.
Amiga platformer. I definitely don't recall anything about it other than the fact that the graphics were pretty good. It had a sort of European fairy tale vibe; all I remember is that you controlled a boy who had a goose. Now, I don't remember whether or not the goose was with you all the time, but I do remember being able to ride it. It was probably a German game, so the chances of anyone knowing it are beyond slim.
Cherrn on
All creature will die and all the things will be broken. That's the law of samurai.
Primal looks damn cool though, is it worth picking up?
I really liked Primal, but most people seem to either love it or hate it, no in-between. The gripe most people have is that it's ZOMG XTREEM DARKE EMO, or they think the voice-acting is jarring. I really liked the voice-acting and soundtrack, and there's some very impressive technical stuff in there with the engine and graphics.
Oh, yeah. You fight entirely with the shoulder buttons to throw attacks from your left or right hand. That's the other think that people either think is genius or retarded.

Ok. It's an arcade game. It's a western. It was a sidescroller. You played a cowboy. There were several things you did as far as gameplay is concerned, the one thing I know for sure you did was try to stop train robbers running along after them on top of a moving train. Occasionally you had to duck or jump mail posts or something like it.

North vs. South? You had to defend/capture a fort, defend/rob a train, and fight battles with cannons, cavalry, and infantry.
I remember playing my first game at my Uncle's house on his NES. It was a futuristic, isometric racing game and the track started to vanish if you took too long.
Any ideas what it was? Sorry to be so vague, but I was only about 4 when I played it.

The Road Warrior had arena tracks with trap doors on the ground. Kinda resembled the floor disappearing.

While that game looks fun as hell, the game Im thinking of was older. Maybe between 1987-1990.
Did that game ever get an Snes port? (Edit: Never mind it did get a port.)
Edit: Also i have another one for you guys: It was a side scrolling shooter on the ps1 with a german sounding name, you were a robot of sorts, the first level was a ruined city and i think the second was a train. My memory is pretty fuzzy though, so this could be bogus information.

I remember playing a NES RPG very similar to Final Fantasy in appearence but instead of turn based battles it was more of a hack n slash Zelda style combat system. I enjoyed renting this quite a bit when i was young and would love to get my hands on it again but i can't remember the name.

PS: I don't think it was gauntlet
There are so many that fit that description that it could take some time. That said, my guess is Crystalis.
You should receive another infraction for misuse of the word irony.
Verbal irony is a disparity of expression and intention: when a speaker says one thing but means another, or when a literal meaning is contrary to its intended effect (from wikipedia). One thing that really pesters me is how many people perceive some X360 shooters as "overrated"...

It was a PC game that came out a few years ago. You drove a car with an array of vehicles around in a desert, it was alot like Auto Assault if any of you played that.
nevermind, found it. If anyone cares it was "Bandits Pheonix Rising"
ok, this one was for the genesis: you're a wizard, you shoot blue crap at people, and can also attack with a floating sphere thing. The game was unreasonably hard, you could cast spells, and your health bar was a skull that gradually lost flesh. Anyone know it?

Hrm, the wizard and unreasonably hard difficulty kind of reminds me of:

Two games came to mind when you said this. The first was one in which you wore rings and cast spells, which unfortunately I don't remember the name of. Thankfully, I don't think that is the one you were thinking of.
The other one was the crappy adaptation of the crappy movie Warlock. I'm fairly positive this is what you are talking about.

I beleive you are refering to Galaxy 5000. An Isometric (more or less) racer where you could fire at the other racers, pick up money, weapons and sheilds in the form of colored orbs on the track. And aside from trying to place there was a time limit that when expired would cause the track to evaporate. All tracks were named after planets (I beleive starting at Mercury and going outwards)
Here's something that's been bothering me for a while.
Years ago, I remember playing some game on a Mac in a bookstore where you wander around some building, and I remember there being a whole bunch of puzzles/toys sitting around. I remember a game where you have to bounce toast around with a toaster and some ant thing where you place food being located in the same room, and there was also an elevator that you could use to move around between sections.
It was a Psygnosis game I believe. I don't quite remember what the game play was like. But it had this opening cinematic with a guy with sunglasses driving a car through a tunnel with lights passing overhead. He then gets out and goes to security panel and opens a door. It was all very futuristic looking.
Yeah I know, action packed. But at the time it was cool as hell. I just can't remember what it was called.

WHY DOES THIS SEEM HORRIBLY FAMILIAR?
Sunset Riders?

Iron Horse?
Edit: Blue map, that sounds just like Einhänder.
Thats probably it, though i cant 100% sure due to the fact that my memory is terrible.
So damn good.
No I do not want to save some of my money to play pool!

PD0
The Darkness
Edit: at least on these boards.
Sheer pants-on-head retardedness? Not so much.
And the Darkness is not overrated, it is awesome. Shame on you Scarab.
