It fell off a short end-table onto the floor (less than 2 feet, I think). It turns on fine and goes to the menu, but will not register that there is a disc inside. Nothing happens at all when there is a disc inside. It doesn't even attempt to read it. When I go to the browser, it just says 'there is no data'.
I don't have any experience with a slim (I own an old fat PS2) so I'm not sure where to start. My dad's ready to crack the thing open and have a look, so where would you suggest that we start?
