That's odd, because as far as I'm concerned, Ike's neutral B (Eruption) is his bread 'n butter move.
Oh hell no. It's good in the air and possibly for edgeguarding, but it's nothing you should be spamming. Forward B is amazing for Ike, as he needs to be in your face and Up B is pretty good for piling on damage or hitting high targets. Those are great moves. Counter is situational, obviously.
If anyone was playing With Anyones for the last hour, there's a chance that I was the Samus or Ice Climbers you were fighting. I went up against a couple ROBs, Ikes, and miscellaneous characters in one series, locked up firing a Zero Lazer at time in another game, then had a series against Mario, Luigi, and Kirby.
Good games all, although my first online play definitely fed me some lag-induced deaths...
Hopefully tomorrow night I'll have some friend list action going.

I've had the same problem with playing WIth anyone. For a few days there I was able to get matches instantly and theyw ere fairly lag free. Now I still get lag free matches but I have to wait up to 10-15 minutes at the practice stage before I get someone else to play with. And none of you fuckers on my friend roster are ever online playing except Nix, Rogar, Elliot, and Red9 (so you guys are cool) everyone else can go to hell
Edit: Thought I'd add that on my entire friend list, the only person I have a "green" dot next to is Elliot. Everyone else is yellow or red. It doesn't really seem to correlate to anything though - I have reds next to people I have almost no lag with and yellows next to people I can hardly play with at all, so...whatever.

Hmmm. I don't know if anyone has said this- and they probably have considering how much Brawl literature is on these boards- but according to SmashWiki, someone went and hacked the disc and found six partially programmed characters. So I'd regard them as the final cuts for the game:

I have a new soccer blog The Minnow Tank. Reading it psychically kicks Sepp Blatter in the bean bag.
It is with a heavy heart that I will soon have to ship my Wii away for it's lens to be cleaned. However my friend was a Wii so I may be able to play at his house a bit but I would like to keep my profile. Does anyone know how to save a profile onto a Wiimote? Also, will it track my stats if I play on another Wii?
Anyone up for a brawl? Nothing too long, just a handful of rounds.
I'm not picky about location, since being in AK, pretty much everywhere sucks. I guess maybe west coast preferred, but I don't know if it'll make any difference.
