Help finding an old cartoon TV show (Solved!)

Ok, I hope this question isn't too dumb sounding but this is driving me crazy. In the back of my mind I can recall this old cartoon TV show I used to watch but can't for the life of me remember the name and Google searches have turned up nothing. It is probably a really lame show but at this point it's more just knowing what it is so it stops driving me nuts. Details that I can remember/have verified via my own searches:
- There were I believe three dinosaurs in it.
- It is not the live action Dinosaurs (as it was a cartoon), does not from what I can see seem to be Cadillacs and Dinosaurs or dino-riders.
- I can't recall if it's a full show or a segment of another show (ala Super Mario bros going from the live action people to the cartoon).
- I can't recall if it's an 80's or early 90's show.
- They had guns, possibly automatic weapons like an M-16.
- I'm pretty sure one of the dinosaurs had a bazooka type thing on it's head and may have been orange.
- I'm pretty sure one was a Triceratops.
- They talked, one was the smart leader and another seemed to talk like the ninja turtles if I recall correctly, can't remember the third.
- I think they wore headsets for communication...May have had sunglasses?
