The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I work in the Marketing Department for a very small Community College near my hometown. I have been working close with my boss to convince the higher ups to let us bring in some new students and update our stock photography (What we have now is SEVERELY outdated).
We have good cameras and a basic set of lights (Canon Digital Rebel XTs and a 2 spot lamps with translucent umbrella attachements, no reflective opaque)
We will be doing some studio stock shots of our subjects with a generic background and a stand-up banner behind them, along with a green screen photo shoot for use in publications and a set in a "class room setting"
What I need help with is Lighting. I know some basic lighting from my experience in theater but stage lighting is a much larger scale with a lot more to work with than what we have now. Any advice or links to websites with some suggested lighting layouts would be great. Thanks.
