Popup User/Pass form. Phishing?

I was browsing through the member's list, clicked on N, and a form popped up asking me for my Username and Password for a site called Hellbored.com.
I looked into it, and it looks like Hellbored used to be a legitimate videogame site but now it's just the login form. I assume it came up in the user list because of an ad, so you should disable that ad so noone inadvertently gets phished (if that's what this is.)

It's happened quit a few times before where someone hotlinked an av or sig from a server and it'd pop up a user/pass window.
