Goddammit. I just finished watching the first season. It was fucking great. Felt like a good down-n-out sci-fi group of folks on the run just trying to survive while society & cylons alike eat away at their civilization's ruins. Pretty kick ass.
Now I gotta go find the second before three gets rip-raring to go or something. Good to know it's coming though, gives me time to prepare.

Me and my roommate watched both seasons pretty much non-stop in less than a week. It was fucking great.

I watched all the DVDs in the last two weeks and they were sweet.
Also, I don't like Roslin.

You know what?
Roslin seems all sweet and nice. But she's a stone cold bitch. Which is difficult to keep in mind because it's hidden behind her crazy religious deal and veneer of niceness.

So endeth the lesson.
Which is another reason why BSG is liquefied awesome which you wish you could extract from the TV and inject directly into your veins, killing you instantly but awesomely.

So say we all.
For frack's sake, I wanna watch the first two seasons again...
I like it, the main character is humorous, and it's got fun science fiction special effects. I'll watch at least another episode or two.
Um, yeah, Gattlestar Balactica, it's, a, good.
So, how do you think the Six in Baltars head is going to deal with the real Six in real life? And, of course, the reverse of that with the Baltar in Six's head, etc. ??

You laught now, but BSG has done crazier things...
Also, Eureka was actually not bad. If they play their cards right (i.e. if they have decent writers), there's a lot of potential there for a great series.
I Can't get the Flash to work on my comp, so I have to wait a while until I'll be able to see the trailer.
But seriously, some of my favourite moments of BSG are the Baltar/Six moments. It was getting so... preposterous, I guess, how insane he was acting. I'll be sad to see that go, if it does go.
I just don't know what to expect, but I'm trying not to think about OCT/NOV, as the more I count the days the slower it will go

Hoping for lots of sex.
I think the dynamic is pretty interesting for the plot though. When they introduced the Baltar character in Six's head, I was like HOLY FUCK THIS IS AWESOME.
I think it definitely helps that both actors are extremely talented and they fit into their roles very well. The sexy seductress/manipulator vs. the genius-destroying-his-race's-homeworld-only-to-be-elected-president makes for an infinite number of possible plot twists.
Damn you people. Damn you all to hell. The only way I've managed to stay sane for the past four months is to pretend BSG doesn't exist. That way, when it came back, it would be like a nice suprise. But I can't pretend while you bastards keep bumping this thread and talking about the show.
This is the conversation between me and my roommate at the end of our let's-download-and-watch-both-seasons-in-one-week marathon:
(a few hours of discussion, trying to absorb all that has happened)
Me: Okay, let's go rent Season 3.
Him: ...there is no Season 3.
Me: Who is driving? I drove last time.
Him: There is no Season 3.
Me: Fine you fracking bastard. I'll drive. Let's get a Slurpee on the... wait, what?!?
Him: There is no Season 3. There are only two seasons, and even the second half of Season 2 is not on DVD yet.
(me locking myself in my room in denial and not getting out for two days)
I'm stuck between DVD's and some sort of Hi-Def format. Normally I wouldn't have this conumdrum, but Ten shows the first season of BSG in Hi-Def and it was oh so pretty!
I wouldn't, if only because I'm buying the DVD's eventually, and it seems like a waste to buy them twice.
My desire to see what happened after the cliffhanger trumped my desire to see it on something with better quality. But I'll get the DVDs when they come out, so I'll see it on something with a decent quality eventually.

I think.
I suppose they're just reshowing episodes, but hoping they'd revived the series, undead style.

Or some hot Six on Six action (in Baltar's mind anway). As long as they don't do any Baltar on Baltar action, I'll be fine....
