I did mean Tranquil Air. A good shammy watches not only their threat level but also anyone in their party. If one or two people in that party have a ton of threat then WF should be replaced with TA until the threat is lower. I didn't mean to go off on a WoW tangent, but more how WAR will hopefully put thought into how people choose to play. Taking the Shammy as an example, there is great versatility, just like the Paladin Aura's.
My understanding of TA + Salv is drawn off other people's testing.

WF is desired by classes with threat reduction like rogues who generally far out dps shaman. So Shaman like to plop WF and race the charts. To a GM It's easier to put rogues and shammies together than putting ret pallies and shammies together.
I'd put another class like Warriors in there because they have no threat reduction (I often found myself backing off from even autoattacking). However, Warriors are still quite viable as an offtank backup. Ret pallies really blow at poping heals and surviving raid mobs so they get a really bad rap. This is all based off around 2 years up to December '07 when I stopped playing so maybe things have changed.
So hopefully WAR's attention to consumer demand can weed out little things like this to help balance the demand for all classes in most situations.
I think I may try to put together one that has all 4 of the Greenskin classes on it... just need to get some image editing freeware like Gimp and some free time.
I'd ask you to make me one, but I don't think you could top the furriness currently inherent in it.
