For those who have used this, when you request a game, what does it mean for: status: On Hold (34 turns to go)?
Now, I switched this from active to on hold because I don't have enough points yet so I don't want to get in trouble or anything, but I don't know what the turns are.

Okay, it works like this.
When you have a request on your list, you have to wait in line. If you're on hold, then that means you'll just wait at the head of the line when you get there; if you're Active, then if you have the points, they'll mail you the game. There is no difference between Active and On Hold if you don't have enough points in the first place (you don't get in trouble or anything; it just never tells anyone to send you the game).
If you're Active and have enough points, you get to jump ahead of everyone else in line who does not have enough points (or is on hold), so don't worry about there being 34 people ahead of you unless the game is genuinely rare. When Goozex finds a match, they'll immediately deduct your points and tell the sender to send you the game, so only leave games as active requests if you really want them.
Ok, so let me get this straight. The Trade Credits are for you to receive games. You can trade as many as you want, but you can only receive as many as you have trade credits, right? Otherwise, the guy requesting MGS: PO is pretty fucked.
I just put in a request for Morrowind PC GOTY, woo. Even though my computer can run Oblivion and I will be buying it when it's done . . . I still have a place in my heart for Morrowind. Morrowind didn't require a CD key or anything?

So its OK for me to add a bunch of stuff that I dont have enough points for yet and I'll still move up in line somewhat? I intend to have points this weekend but I wanted to get a head start in waiting if possible.
hey someone used my link! wow that was fast, and Lewie mate , you should TOTALLY do the UK version of this! I know 20 people of the top of my head who would trade in part of their collections (mostly due to getting married and not being "allowed to have some much computer junk" Sigh...).
So I ordered myself xbox Prince of Persia since I only ever had a chance to play the gamecube versions for about 15 minutes and it was awesome.
You can't go wrong with Prince of Persia Sands of Time. Awesome game and equally awesome soundtrack.
Oh, and Trace Memory for DS is 100 pts if anyone is so inclined. It keeps getting mentioned in all the DS recommendation threads so might be worth checking out.

just got an email telling me shenmue 2 has been shipped
hooray
That made me sign up for it and selected Shenmue 2! I loved that game, and would really enjoy owning it again and going through it, even though we may never have a finish. Ah dammit, now I'm sad.

Alright, so uh, I'm going to be shipping this fellow DDR:U with the pad.. is there any specific way I need to ship it? Do I need some fancy 2-3 day shipping that costs extra or what? I don't know anything about the American mailing system oh god
I'm having a hard time deciding just what to get. The only game I really want at this moment in time is Nocturne, but that'd require 900 more points and a huge waiting list.

I haven't referred anyone yet.

Keep in mind no one gets points until the new sign up makes a successful trade.

I am pretty sure it's your place in line.
There are some quality games for 100 points.

Isn't that game fairly hard to find?
And you can trade Half-Life 2 but not Episode 1? Seems kind of screwy to me.

I loved that game. Is it backwards compatible with 360? I still have it lying around somewhere.
