hi my xbox died with halo 3 in it they said to send it back with halo in it and i will get it back with with my xbox i got my xbox back and no new halo so i called them and ms and they said they will call me back on friday when they find out what happen and i might get a game back so when they called me back they said my system wasent sent in with a game in the system and they will not send me a new one im so pissed right now i have been the biggest microsoft fanboy till this happen all my computer runs vista i have 3 zune a 30,80,8 gig 2 xbox 360 and 3 xboxs my mouse and key board was made by microsoft i bought almost every accessories they have made i only buy phone that have windows mobile on it i conviced alot of my friend on a xbox insted of the ps3 the virus scan i use in one care i almost only use microsoft product and this is how they treat me
