Messy Folders, Where's the Space? [Solved]

I need to clean up my Hard Drives, but my file folders are so confusing (my fault) I don't know without major effort where all the space is going.
Is there an application that shows graphically which folders are taking up the most room? Thanks.

Edit:
Lots of great suggestions, I tried WinDirStat first, and it suited my needs perfectly, thanks everyone!

SpaceMonger, too. There's a newer version available, but it's shareware - the old version is freeware, and works just fine.

I prefer Foldersize. It just adds a foldersize column to your existing explorer window.

Looks like the previous two posters have it covered, but if you want another option, I've used TreeSize for years with no complaints.
