    I'm glad the story looks like it's approaching epic fail instead of RE4 story's average fail.

    And they better add walk-strafing. Just steal Dead Space's controls, guys. They look perfect for this.

    Not only that, but zombie hyenas already exist!

    That trailer was impressive. It looks even more over the top and crazy than RE4 was (hopefully lacking in crazed midgets though). I wonder what it is about being infected that makes you want to don a burlap sack over your head and carry a chainsaw.

    Then again it's RE so I probably wouldn't have to worry about that.

    Oh, and is there anything that tops this game graphically? I feel like the whole middle-east/desert thing is kind of played out (it even looked washed out in MGS4, but here it looks rich and saturated), but this game still looks better than anything I've ever seen visually.

    Yeah I really enjoyed that segment.

    At least nobody's complaining about there being QTE's in this game. :P

    No way, the truck section was bad ass. I love shooting zombies just as they try to jump on, and go flying off... only to get run over by the truck chasing us.... which I then take out in one shot to the grill with my magnum. Bad. Ass.

    you can also switch between gears of war style controls except you can't move while shooting and resi 4 style

    OMG, Yes!!! Me too! That melodramatic song in the trailer is so sweet.

    Also RE5 is looking very engaging. It also looks like it want to be the MGS4 of the Resident Evil Series. Cool... Capcom are extremely talented. This looks so much better than before. I'm looking forward to this game now.

    Wow, wow, wow. "Amazing stuff, that trailer is..." If the game is anywhere near as spectacular is that trailer Hollywood will no longer be needed. The whole thing evokes Bond, Indy, the Incredibles (for the sheer aesthetic talent Capcom apparently has) and other movies I payed real money to see as a kid.

    And RE4 was so great too; color me excited.

    Did anyone see the last episode of the 1UP show where someone involved in the project (I forget who) alluded to unlockable online multiplayer modes?

    I'm really hoping for online mercenaries.
