[PUNCH ON] Fight Night Round 3 G&T Tourney?

SE++ had a Fight Night R3 tournament and I sadly missed it. I think that the best way to rectify this is to have another tournament, where I am guaranteed to participate, since I start it.
Are there enough people who have this game for the 360 and who would be interested in punching their way to victory to make a tournament worth it? If so, I would love suggestions on how to run the thing - weight classes and boxers to use, rules for training or importing your custom characters, rules for bouts, 1 match or best 2 out of 3, etc. If you are interested, of course, provide your gamertag and all that jazz.
(My gamertag is Travysty, in the interest of at least getting some people who want to punch faces together)
