So, I've found 3 songs by this artist, are there more? What other types of artists are like this?

    ...?

it's not even real music. it has no musical value other than having a beat and sampling TNG.

techno would probably be what you're looking for. try listening to a streaming trance station...?

Well simply isn't as fun as the DarkMateria songs.

I love songs like this too (Xenocide Geek is a stupid, punch him in the crotch).

I'm at work at the moment, but you might want to try Fun with Drugs or Phucking Phreak by Velvet Acid Christ, they sample Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas and Se7en respectively. Though they're a lot less bouncy than Dark Materia stuff.

Also Toxic Coma's stuff (which I believe was actually distributed free with a VAC album) is similar and fun as well (Attack of the Weenies samples Invader Zim, and I like that very well).

    Other songs of varying appropriateness
Seth - Chicks Dig Me (used to be available free from brainscream.com)
The Greenskeepers - Lotion (musically entirely different and not sampled at all, but awesome - all words (except one) are from Silence of the Lambs)
Evolution Control Comittee - Rocked by Rape (again, very different but clever samples things)
Wax Audio - Imagine This (get it here, for frees! http://www.waxaudio.com.au/downloads/mediacracy the other songs are ok too, but some oft hem are kind of specific to Australian politics)
The Mortal Kombat song (probably by Lords of Acid, but maybe not)
DJ Lobsterdust - It's Fun to Smoke Dust (a mashup which is very cool and sort of like what you're after) get free it from http://popbytes.com/archive/2008/02/its_fun_to_smoke_dust_queen_vs_satan_mashup.shtml
KMFDM - We Must Awaken (A preacher preaching over music)
Front 242 - Welcome to Paradise (as above)
Tactical Sekt - Burn Process (industrial music, with distorted vocals, but samples of people gleefully discussing the death penalty)

That's all the stuff I can think of off of the top of my head, but they're also not necessarily exactly what you're after. I'd have more to offer had I my iPod or were I at home. You can see I've mostly focussed on suggesting songs which make use of samples in clever ways/meaningful ways rather than the sound of DarkMateria itself, sorry if that's not the exercise.

Cheers, I'm glad. Be sure to let me know if you find anything new, maybe it will be new to me as well.

Also, if the music like Tactical Sekt (music with vocals but lots of samples) is what you're after you should also check out C-Drone Defect. Off the top of my head Rei Toei (at least I think it's Rei Toei) samples Blade Runner a lot and there's another off of the same album which has lots of stuff from American Psycho.
